Don't miss the village of the Valle d'Itria, Ceglie Messapica, famous for its gastronomy, which is a strong tourist attraction. The cuisine is predominantly homemade and genuine, a poor, popular cuisine but linked to the products of the land, following the rhythm of the seasons. A fundamental point of San Vito dei Normanni is its strategic position (Lecce 40 min, Bari 1 hour, Brindisi 20 min, Polignano, Monopoli 40 min).
